About us

Established in 1994, Sree Shiva Sai Cast Pvt. Ltd. is one of the leading ISO 9001:2015 certified foundries in Shivamogga, (Karnataka, India) specialising in the manufacture of Steel Castings.

Known for in-time fast deliveries, superior quality products, and outstanding customer service we can supply castings weighing from 1-500 kg and can deliver variable batch quantities.

We produce castings in over 40 grades of plain carbon steel to high alloy steel, stainless steel to super duplex stainless steel and Nickel based alloys. The grades manufactured are as per ASTM, EN, IS etc.

Our product range includes valve castings, pump castings, general engineering castings, railway and metro castings. Currently we can produce and supply up to 3000 tonnes of castings annually.

We can provide castings in any size or shape to suit customer needs. Castings can be supplied as rough, semi machined, fully machined and/or hydrotested as per customer specification.

Mr. B. R. Manjunath

Founder Member & CMD

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore with a PG Diploma in Metallurgy and Industrial Engineering at MIT, Manipal. He has over 40 years of experience in Maintenance, Heat Treatment and Foundry sectors. He started his Second foundry, Sree Shiva Sai Cast in 1994. Over the years having served over 100 customers, he is now considered as one of the top mentors and foundry man in the state for producing quality steel castings. He mentors the team members on methoding, process control and good foundry practices. He has also mentored a several people in the past who have become good foundry men and successful entrepreneurs.

Hemanth Manjunath

Director - Operations

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru National College Of Engineering, Shimoga. He joined the foundry in the year 2002. His responsibilities include over all development, production, quality and deliveries. He has successfully developed over 1000 products catering to various industries. He introduced centrifugal casting manufacturing in the company. He is a Level 2 NDT qualified person and has set up an internal NDT department in the organization. He has mentored several undergraduate students in their industrial projects.

Sumanth Manjunath

Director - Finance & Marketing

A graduate in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Finance from Jawaharlal Nehru National College of Engineering, Shimoga. Sumanth joined the foundry in 2004. He is responsible for keeping the companies finances in great shape. He has successfully developed key customers to the organization who have become major customers to the organization. His good people management skills has helped the organization to have a good team which reflects in the quality of the end product. He is also manages the CSR activities, primarily focused in children holistic development
